BBM is not working

As i have update my bbm and after installing it i have restart my device.And a blue screen occur and a note setting up bbm error.BBM is not working after updation.

Also, what is the exact error message?

 

First troubleshooting step is removing the battery while the power is on, wait 30 seconds, put battery back,  and test.

 

If that doesn't work you may want to delete BBM and install it again, and test.  But searching on the exact error message is the thing to do first.  You may find a Knowledge Base article pointing to the exact fix, or find a solution on the forum.

ya i have remove and reinstall it 2 times but same issue...:-(

i have done all these procedure but same issue.bbm setting up msg nothing else

Are you using BlackBerry Messenger before this recent update ?

 

On Manage Connection > Service Status > BlackBerry Internet Services = what is the status now ?

and in Blackberry internet service -Not connected

Hi aditya

 

To use Proprietary BlackBerry applications  like BBM, Emails , Internet browse etc we need a specific BlackBerry Data Plan also know as BIS in your account from our respective Carrier , So please call your Carrier Vodafone and activate such data plan / BIS to use all BlackBerry applications . 

 

Once you activate you'll not recieve such errors or issues .
