I can do everything but the bbm stuck in terms of SIGNAL; meaning; my messaged don't go & I can't receive messages either

Ok, I want to get very specifically clear... so you can open BBM. You can type a message.

Can you look at your UPDATES tab in BBM and see any updates from friends, etc.?

 

You cannot send or receive messages in BBM.

Yes the bbm is totally fine but my messages don't go.. nor do I receive any messages.. it's like I don't have an Internet connection

Well, something is wrong which we can't troubleshoot here.

Ask them to have your issue ESCALATED up to BlackBerry Technical support.

Both my wife and I are experiencing the same issue with BBM. We are both BlackBerry Z10 users. I tried a hard reboot, but to no avail.

so, I called the telecommunication company & they said that the internet connection is fine. I went to the phone's service agent "those who give warranties" & they've downgraded the phone's system software...it hasn't work. gonna visit them again today Smiley Happy am starting to hate my beloved Z10

Our BBMS started working again. Not sure what happened. For now, things are fine.
