What step do I take if my BB internet service and BB interprise service indicate not active.

Is your issue resolved? You have (or someone has) marked your thread as solved, but your final post seems to be a question, though it lacks a question mark at the end of the sentence...so I'm not at all sure.

If your issue is not solved and your last post is indeed a question, then you need to ring up your mobile service provider for formal assistance. They are responsible for delivering to your BB all of the services to which you are subscribed, and only they can look "behind the scenes" at their systems to see why your BB is not properly activating on their network.
