BBM messages are not going through

Hello, my I have been unable to send messages on BBM for about 4 days now whenever I send messages it just has a tick and doesn't have “R” or “D” on it. My other social networks are working fine. I'm only able to receive messages and updates but unable to send. I have tried calling my service provider (vodacom) and even BBM but it still didn't help. I've done the battery pull, reregistering and sending service books, I even tried to upgrade to the latest version of BBM but my messages are still not going through. Please help.
