BBM messages not delivering

As of about 12:30pm yesterday my BBM messages stopped delivering, so it has been over 24 hours now. Figure it would maybe work itself out, but it still hasn't and scans of Twitter and forums don't seem to be indicating any kind of widespread issue.

It was working properly up until then, conversations were going back and forth, then it just started giving check marks only but no D's. I am still able to receive BBM's in real time. The other side sees D's, but even if I read them it does not go R.

I'm using a Bold 9900 running v7.1.0.794 and BlackBerry Messenger is v7.0.0.108 from the Beta Zone. Everything else about the BlackBerry is working normally. Emails are coming and going, text is working as is voice. Facebook, Foursquare, and Twitter are also equally functional. It's JUST the delivering of BBM messages.

Recipients are on different carriers and the same carrier as me, Bell Mobility in Canada, and it's the same result for everyone. Tried reinstalling BlackBerry Messenger, resending Service Books, etc. Seems to maybe be something on RIM's end as it's going to checkmark.

Re: BBM messages not delivering

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Given that you are using the Beta BBM product, your help on that matter is solely available within BetaZone. This site is for production only items, not beta.

Good luck!
