9900 Bold, Rogers v 7.1
A few days ago my BBm stopped receiving messages. I can send out no problems, when they try to respond, they get the D next to the check but it does not show up on my phone.
I have no idea what it could be. I have deleted BBM and reinstalled. I asked my Rogers rep.
Any help is appreciated. I use this a main business tool and I am not getting my customers messages.

I have not been able to fix it. I even when back to Rogers and they were unable to find anything wrong. I have done several things to try to fix it. Reboot, reload BBM, even recovered from backup. I have a feeling it is my similar.
