BBM not wanting to update/

torch 9810 with AT&T, unlimited data, on wifi currently, and previously and currently using BBM...


Try to update, due to it saying there's an update available, however is fails about halfway through? trying to update to v Tried to go to the website to download rather than bb world... it won't let me download from there either. 


Having some lag/freezing issues too. Just got the phone 2 weeks ago. Haven't downloaded anything other than the os update. this is #4 torch I've had. Kinda getting tired of having to send my phone in every month or so.

Your OS update was not made properly and hence you are facing the problems of lag and hang.

If it is telling that there is an update available then it will install but if the previous update is not properly or installed successfully then it gives problem for the next update or other updates.
