BBM not working pleaasseeee helppppp !!!!

I have had my bb 9320 over a year now my phone recently wiped but most of my things were still there my bbm used to work perfectly fine but now everytime I go on bbm its says setting up bbm for a very long time It say I'm not connected to BIS I don't know why I topped up £5.00 for bbm I texted to my provider MONTHBB (EE, 150) but its saying something to do with technical issues its not working. Pleaassseeeeeee helpppppp I want my BBM BACK!!!!

First try a Simple Restart , If no progress then try a battery pullout ( pull out the battery of your phone and insert it after few minutes ) , If still nothing happens then just delete the BBM App and Reinstall it
