This morning when I turned my phone on and sent a message to someone via bbm, a big cross came up on the message. I've also realised that when I am not connected to the wi-fi, that I can't connect to the internet. My blackerry Internet has run out as I have checked. I am also not receiving any recent updates or receiving messages on bbm. I have looked through the solutions to similar problems but none of them worked!! eeeeek, please help me

If, by that, you mean that your BB-proprietary services have no credit left on them, then that fully explains all of your symptoms. BBM requires an active BIS service plan from your carrier...if yours has expired, then BBM will not function.

Then I don't understand your statement in your prior post (the statement I quoted).
But, nevertheless, what is the status of BlackBerry Internet Service within Manage Connections > Services Status? If it is "not connected", then that explains everything...
I also suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.
