So after having no BBM for 3 days I have exhausted all avenues, to be told by my serivce provider that there is an issue with some BBM's who recently had the upgrade.......called BB on Tuesday and told them they told me to go to my service provider when all along it was them. So after resetting the password on my ID the thing still does not work. Apparently BB are working hard to resolve the problem.... not hard enough I say. Can anyone help with resolving the issue at all? Appreciate it as I am not calling BB again.

What version of BlackBerry device software do you currently have installed? Type 'myver' in any text field to display your software version.
Also, when you did the update, did you have any problems or receive any error messages?
