BBM profile and or device switch

Hi there,

 

I need an advise on the following: I have two Blackberry devices a Torch 9800 and a blackberry Bold 9900. I then created two similiar blackberry ID and passwords on the two devices. When i had to re-login into the app world it asked (the bold) for the BB ID and password and i entered the same login details that on the Torch then it asked if i wanted to switch devices and i clicked OK. I know have my son's (who is now using the Torch) BBM profile on my BB Bold 9900 and if cant seem to have two separate profiles. Please help

You will need to perform a security wipe on each device (backup each first, using the BlackBerry Desktop Software) and then login to each device again using the correct BlackBerryID login.

 

You can have two separate profile... one for each device BUT not two mixed on one device.
