Hello friends, I have a weird problem.
I have Blackberry 9900. System with 7.1 bundle 2061.
The problems started today, first I clicked on update in whatsapp app. I updated, then whatsapp app got down.
Then I wanted to restore my blackberry to factory settings. So I did. Now in my apps; BBM seemed as its installed, I press the menu button and try to see it as a back running programme, its is not there. Also I searched on my phone, it is not able to be found. But in my desktop manager and app world it is seemed as it is installed...
So what is it? Does anyone has any idea? BBM seemed as it is installed, but no where to be found on my phone.

First of all perform a Battery Pull Restart If still Unable to find BBM on your Home Screen then On your Homescreen Go to Options > Device > Application Management > Scroll down and look for BlackBerry Messenger . Then delete it from there .
After that perform a Battery Pull Restart then from your BlackBerry Browser type or Click www.blackberry.com/bbm to download BBM again .See if problem resolves.
