BBM unable to set up after hard reset on bold 9790

Hey sorry I'm experiencing a problem with my BBM since I did the hard reset I have been unable to open my blackberry messenger it's shows setting up BBM then after a while it shows cannot set up BBM, insufficient wireless coverage or your network connection to the wireless is turned off and I'm using the wireless to install other apps but the BBM app isn't opening

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with setting up BBM.

 

Please reinsert your battery and perform a "Register Now" in the Host Routing Table as shown here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB00014

 

If these steps fail to resolve the issue you may want to contact your mobile service provider to verify your coverage and data plan.
