BBM wont work

I went to the states yesterday and when i came back none of my messages would send or recieve becuase it thought i was still out of Canada and apperently i "needed to buy a data package" i have done a few hard and soft reboots and everything has come back exept for my BBM it wont show my reccent updates or recive or send any bbms. I just got this phone a few months ago after haveing to replace it. Please give me some advice on what to do. Thanks

First, register your phone on the network again,

Then resend the service books to your phone,

I did the firs thing you told me to do but my internet is not working again so it wont initialize my email account. what should i do now?
