BBM

I received notice of an upgrade for BBM. I tried to upgrade but needed my password which i forgot. I tried the 'forgot password' feature and each time i try it i receive a site map bad request - try again. it does it continually. i cannot use the BBM feature. Very frustrating. Any ideas?

Take a look at this article regarding resetting your BlackBerry ID password then try doing the update again.
