When I use my BBM it just comes up with a blank blue screen and does nothing. what do I do?

Are you able to use BBM on your device previously !


Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan from your Carrier ! If not then Contact your Carrier or wireless service provider to add it in your account . it will fix your issue .
