Hola soy nuevo en bb tengo un bb 9380 y mi problema es este:

lo primero fue que la empresa me activo un plan q no era para bb , pero igualmente pude descargar el bbm aunque nunca me anduvo, quise actualizarlo y despues de eso me desaparecio en el menu el icono de bbm, y de todos lados fui a opciones a cualquier lado y nuca encuentro en bbm ...en myworld aparece q esta instalado pero no puedo hacer nada con eso no me deja desinstalarlo ni nada. habra solucion a todo esto????

Debes de eliminarlo, menu, opciones, aplicaciones. te aparecera lista de todas aplicaciones intaladas y borrar BBM. de nuevo descargar de www.blackberry.com/bbm

 

Tambien usando buscador, solo escribi aplicaciones y te aparecera en OS7.1.
