BBM7 for 9900.How do I get to My Profile Screen?

Just upgraded to BBM7 and it failed to register with BBM services,I have been asked to ensure device time is correctly set and should open My Profile screen and check BBM registration status.My device 9900 version is 7.1.0 bd 648,carrier MTN Nigeria.

Hi there,

Try deleting BBM from your BlackBerry by highlighting the icon, then the BB Menu button and select Delete.

Once you've done that, you should be prompted to reboot your device. Once that is complete, redownload BBM 7 from App World. Hopefully that will help, but if not, let us know.
