i have been facing this issue since three days . i have wiped my device all the email accounts data .As soon as the device is rebooted it asks for the blackberry id and logged in the device.
When i go to the email setup the devie does not prompt me with the options like BIS and BES. it directly activates my blackberry account as default not allowing me to configure my BES account.
Note :1. after i reboot the device using( alt + caps button + del) and after this process again wiping the email data through device security options the device prompts for the required BIS and BES modes.
i have faced this issues working on BB9780 and BB9900 .

Is your device a personal phone or a company phone ? Do you have BIS or BES on your account . If you want to activate BES you had to contact your Company IT desk they will configure it for you.
