BIS Activation struggles

I got a Curve 9320 on contract from MTN SA and I'm not getting BIS to work. Phoned 808 and they keep tellong me I have BIS service on my account, but it's not yet linked to my device, which they then claim to do, and instruct me to wait for 24 hours.

Rinse, repeat.

Hello jakkas and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.


In your Options>Device>Advanced System Settings>Host Routing Table do you have any entries listed?


If not, then this indicates your PIN is not provisioned for your BIS services and your mobile carrier needs to have these services activated.


If you do have services listed, hit Menu and select Register Now
