BIS PROBLEM

Hello!

 

 

I have a 9550 unlocked and it was working fine in Italy with TIm since few weeks ago.

 

I have problem to "keep connect" my bb with the blackberry.net .. it is strange because I can use some app (whatsapp) and I can surf on internet by apn tin.it...

 

When I register my bb (I have a lot of numbers in the HRN options) it stay connect few seconds of 30 min... then no more e mail and BBmessenger...

What I can do? I called TIm (provider) but they say everything is fine...

 

I recently update my OS , that could be the problem???

I LOVE MY BB and I don't want to change it!!! ;(

Prova a verificare se non sia colpa di Whatsapp.

Io ho lo stesso problema, BB9900 con Tre, da quando ho installato l'ultima versione di Whatsapp (2.8.5325) non funziona più la connessione via BIS su 3G, con WiFi invece sembra tutto a posto.

Ti suggerisco di provare a disinstallare Whatsapp... se funziona tutto hai capito la causa...

Data l'impossibilità di tornare alla vecchia versione di Whatsapp io aspetterò una nuova release che quella attuale fa questo scherzetto!
