Every few weeks I have to log back into the Bell BIS web site and reactivate my two email addresses. I've made no changes (like passwords). The BIS servce just seems to lose its marbles every few weeks and stops emails from coming to my 9900.
The biggest pain is that once re-activated, I get a ton of old emails resent to the 9900.

If you are constantly facing issues with your email then please try those steps in a sequence :
1- Register your Handheld .
2- Delete and Resend your Service Book
3- Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back
Please try it and see if that resolves your issues.
