BIS and BES issues

Hi, Since yesterday we cannot use srp.us.blackberry.com (our BES Server) nor be.srp.blackberry.com (our BIS server). We use port 3101. Is this a known issue and are you working on it ?

Hello,

if it's like my problem it's not firewall or similar.

 

They forgot to update their SSL certificate on BIS notify servers:

https://notify9.bis7.eu.blackberry.com/

 

I'm going crazy since this morning 'cause lots of servers don't work due to this HUGE blackberry error.

 

For example, all the MDaemon altn servers using BIS are not working since this morning.

 

I'm trying to contact Blackberry but it's impossibile... I can't understand if they are solving this or not....

Is it possible to be updated by Blackberry Technicians?
Certificates are still expired and MANY mailservers can't update their devices due to this error.
