I'm French user of Blackberry product.
I have a torch 9800 and since 3 days, I can't reach my email on my mobile.
I think it's something easy to solve ..
I'm correctly registered to Blackberry Internet Service, but when I try to configure my email account I always receive an error : error with the application server.
The website from my carrier doesn't work http://free.blackberry.com/ if I try to create a new account it crash, and I never receive password on my mobile. It has work since I reinstall my mobile, and update it.
Probably it is needed ti reinit my email attach to my mobile ... but how to do when everything crash ...

I have the problem since I reinit my mobile.
I think my new carrier don't know how Blackberry works ... but it's difficult to explain them.
I have try to reinstall the system from other image, no success.
From other countries ... no success
I tried to connect mobile.blackberry.com and select country, email provider ... no success ... but the error message is Your carrier is not supported at this time ...
Please !!!! I 'm ready to buy an Android system !!! :-)

Sometjhing new ... I have a Curve 3G as spare mobile, and yesterday I try to insert my SIM card into it, I have the same problem. The strange thing is that it didn't ask me to change my mobile settings.
I have try to insert one other SIM card, a friend have a Blackberry Torch 9800, same like me, and automatically, it want to remove settings from the other mobile to mine ...
If someone have an idea ...

Looks that email account was always on my old provider ... it can explain why I can't configure it with my new provider ... Must wait now to have it active !
