I'm French user of Blackberry product.
I have a bold 9700 and since more month, I can't reach my email on my mobile after a wipe!
I think it's something easy to solve ..
I'm correctly registered to Blackberry Internet Service, but when I try to configure my email account they just display the login menu account and i don't remember my password and my login (**bleep** me)...
The website from my carrier doesn't work http://free.blackberry.com/ if I try tro create new account (account allready exist) or if i try to receive my password by PIN msg. I never received it whereas my data is ok and my wifi is off.
During this month i have try reset/hard reset/wipe/manual update services and active/or not BIS on my carrier options. When i call my carrier and my old carrier they don' t found any BIS account to my PIN.
I was stunned :s
