BIS and account setup

When I enter the Device PIN and then the Device IMEI a window pops up saying that the phone is registered with a different service provider and that I should re-register the device and check that the URL matches the one provided by the service provider.


Anyone know what I should do next? I'm totaly confused?

First try using the email settings icon on your device.

Bsically somehow your PIN is tied up with another BIS account somewhere, and if its with BIS site as your current service provider, they can resolve this for you otherwise, they will transfer you to RIm once you call them , and RIM will resolve this for you.
