I have a Blackberry Bold 9790 and the problem with it is that it shows that BIS is connected but it is not connecting to the internet. I tried to restart the device but it does not seem to be working. I also checked the network settings and everything seems to be in perfect order. Please help somebody.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support...only they can look at their network to determine why your device is not properly working with their network.

I am having same Problem, i am using Bold 9930, and i cant used data on it but i can browse well on wifi, I have run a dignostic on my network but still same problem.
