BIS problem

I already bought the BIS for a month and not even a month yet. but at my phone screen shows only the 3G script which it should show 3G and logo bb when it bought BIS. Please help me solve it ??

I suppose there must be a problem with the carrier. I suppose it would be a good idea to ask your carrier to help see to the problem with connecting to BIS?
