BLACKBERRY BOLD 9900 WILL '''NOT''' TURN ON------PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP--------

I have a blackberry bold 9900. Yesterday when i checked it, it was off and wouldnt turn back on so i done a battery removal and the loading bar was freezing a quarter of the way loaded. Ive since tried updating the device software as reccomended by o2. That crashed half way through and now the phone wont turn on at all. Is there a way of fixing this without having to replace the handset. Any advice or help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

I could help u guys if ur willing to reload the os onto ur device. Keep in mind that it will clean everything and make it look like a brand new device.

my bb data is backed up....

tried to connect my bb to the desktop software via usb.... doesnt detect the phone !!

Alright here's what you do, download BBSAK (blackberry swiss army knife) and connect ur device using usb cable to cpu. Then once connected open up BBSAK and wipe device, this will clear everything. Then the device will reboot itself and you will get a error code 507 which is good cuz u need this. Once this is completed open up blackberry desktop manager and up device with the latest os and you should be fine.

I  have a bold 9000 with this issue .yesterday it was fine then this morning at 2:30 am it wasn't. Pulled the battery and waited for a minute or two, then put it back in. The red light came on and then 30 seconds latter it went off. I then dl'ed

bbsak. It and the bb software don't see the phone. But when I first plug it in to the desktop the comp see's it but the it disconnects.. So what do I do now? Need all the help in the world please.

If BBSAK does not recognize device kill process and reconnect.

RIM, you have to fix this problem! whats going on? we pay $600 for your product trying to support your business and your going to sell us faulty devices? i dont think your customers want to be treated that way if they are trying to stay loyal to you after so long!

please fix this problem RIM, hopefully it is a software problem rather than a hardware one  

i cant keep having to deal with the fact that everytime i turn my phone of to charge it it wont turn back on when its done charging thats absurd!

I have just got this problem today 3:00am in the morning after a very long busines trip. I depend completly on my BB for my business communications, but seeing my 9900 dead like this makes me really frustrated!!

 

At this moment, I do regret every single time I defended BB in front of all "gadget" lovers, but afterall it seems that gadgets perform better than BB and deserve to survive!!!

 

What do you expect me to do now? Go and buy another BB for 700$ and pay montly subscribtions again for BB plan and global BB service?! 

 

Am really mad!
