I have bought a Blackberry Curve 9320 today on pay as you go format and I simply cannot connect to the internet.
I have added £10 credit, chosen a freebie of texts and web access, all successfull, yet once I click on a social network, app world, YouTbe, BBM etc it says:
'unable to connect to the internet' or that I am 'offline'
The service status states 'not connected' to the internet service also, so what am I suppost to do?
Help here would be extremely appreciated!

To access those proprietary BlackBerry Application over our Mobile network we need BlackBerry Data Services / BIS in our account . You have to contact your Carrier Vodafone to add BIS in your Account inorder to access it over Mobile network.
