BLACKBERRY ENTERPRISE SERVER IT POLICIES

I am working for a mobile phone service carrier and we often send Blackberry to the repair center.

Few weaks ago I sent a costumer phone to make it repair and I did loan a BB 9300 phone to my client.

What  I didn't know is that client did connect on to a BES with the loaner phone, Since then the loaner is stuck with some odd BB IT POLICIES even if you wipe it. The MTP and USB MASS STORAGE are both disabled so I can't connect the phone with Desktop Software to flash the firware and Reinstall BB OS. Unfortunately we dont have a BES we could play with to remove those annoying IT policies so that is why I'm seeking help on this forum.

Best regards

You don't need a BES to remove IT Policies.

See the RIM Knowledge Base article here for information on how to remove an IT Policy. See the Method Three in the link:

KB14202 How to remove an IT policy from a BlackBerry smartphone

**edit, I see you also posted a link to the same KB article. Just follow the directions.
