Occasionally in the last month my Blackberry Curve 9300 screen has frozen and i am unable to access the key features. I have removed the sim & battery and this sometimes works. Other times it resolves itself in time. Any suggestins or experience of this problem?

hey have you installed any apps or themes recently when you first noticed this?  If not, I am going to recommend a software reload.



If you did install something when this started, I would remove that app or theme and perform a battery pull.
