BLACKBERRY ID PASSWORD NOT FUNCTIONING

I tried to reset my password through the reset link, then trying to log in to the appliances world through the new password but keeps on rejecting it. My account had been locked after failed attempt for ten times. Please can u kindly help on how to get the password been sent directly to my mailbox. Thanks

Have tried everything suggested in the KB articles but once I tried to log in, I usually get this msg " Username/ password provided is not associated with any valid Blackberry ID.
