BLACKBERRY ISSUES

I have 2 issues that are driving me crazy

1:  my playbook freezes alot when i am trying to type on a website.  The keyboard is stuck on the screen as well.

2: Blackberry Bridge disconnects even when I am only a couple of feet from my phone.  The only way to reconnect is to turn off bluetooth and turn it back on 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
