BLUETOOTH DISABLED

NEED HELP. I CANNOT ENABLE MY BLUETOOTH. I HAVE TRIED TO MANAGE THE CONNECTION BUT STILL CANNOT CONNECT.  I USED TO CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH CONNECTION.  IS THERE A DRIVER I NEED TO DOWNLOAD AGAIN?!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

Please provide clear and accurate symptom descriptions...from what you've said, there is conflicting information. For example, if you cannot even activate your BT radio, then there would be no ability to even attempt to connect, so there would be no ability to even have a result of "cannot connect"...so I am not certain of exactly what your symptoms are.
