BMO App

Does anyone have the BMO (Bank of Montreal) mobile app on their phone? I have downloaded it to my Torch 9800 running the and first of all it is extremely slow opening and once open, it will eventually time out saying "Connection Failed. Please ensure your wireless connections are available and try again" when trying to sign in to your account. I have removed it and re-installed it twice and spent a lot of time with BMO who claim it is a BB problem. Has anyone had this problem and is it fixable?
