BOLD 9000 Error Message

Can anybody tell me how to clear the message coming a call or by doing anything on BOLD 9000

Error Message "Uncaught exception: Index 3>= 3

Process done already are:

1. Shutting Down the device Re connecting battery after some time.

2. Backup Taken of all my phone contacts & messages.

Do NOT shut down the device first.

 

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

i had done this earlier also as already mentioned in my message. but there is no change. can u tell me something else i can do.

Oh, my apologies, but your earlier message specifically stated you shut down the device first.

Do not do that. Perform the reboot as I instructed.
