BOLD 9900 WHITE SCREEN

PLEASE I NEED HELP URGENTLY. WHEN MY BLACKBERRY IS BOOTING UP, IT JUST STOPS AND THE SCREEN TURNS WHITE. THERE IS NO ERROR CODE ON THE SCREEN. I TRIED TO RESTORE IT WITH THE DESKTOP SOFTWARE BUT DURING THE PROCESS IT CANNOT CONNECT TO THE JVM. I TOOK IT FOR REPAIRS AND I WAS TOLD IT CANNOT BE FIXED. PLEASE I WANT TO KNOW IF IT IS TRUE OR THERE IS A SOLUTION.

But it may be that these are totally redundant to what was done when you took it in...we have no way to know what they did. It's also possible that the diagnosis they gave you is correct, but that as well is impossible to truly diagnose at an internet distance.
