I have a Bold 9900. I'm over it. Every time I travel outside of Kenya, and that's a lot, I have to remove my Kenya SIM and insert a local SIM (USA, South Africa, Dubai, whatever). When I return to Kenya and insert my BB registered Kenya SIM, the phone asks for my Blackberry ID and password. i enter it. It's no good. I go to the website and check the information and confirm it on the phone. No good. I get read to throw this POS at a wall... The ONLY SOLUTION THUS FAR IS TO WIPE THE ENTIRE DEVICE, LOSING EVERY APP I'VE PAID FOR AND DOWLOADED, AND RESTORE THE PHONE WHICH DOESN'T INCLUDE THE APPS.
I went to the BB ID website to register all over again - it's hung up - won't let me get beyond agreeing to their tedious terms.
I'M DONE NOW. UNLESS I GET BB TO OFFER SOME LOGICAL, INTELLIGENT, FULLPROOF FIX, I'M GOING TO TAKE THE SAMSUNG GALAXY SITTING NEXT TO MY POS BOLD, AND START USING IT WITH A FREE JUSTAPP THAT'S BETTER THAN BLOODY BBM.
WHY DO YOU PEOPLE AT BB HAVE TO MAKE EVERY **bleep** THING SO DIFFICULT!

What a way to get help.. or maybe you're not looking for help?
Where did you download your apps from... AppWorld? They will still be there waiting for you again to restore in your AppWorld > MyWorld. No biggie.
