I am blackberry user by last 3 years almost
I am facing a issue in my BOLD, My Battery get drained after maximum 15-20 minuted Talk time
Some one suggesting change the Battery but it doest worked
Now people suggetsing to reinstall the software what's your opinion
to upgrade software i sent 5 time to nearest service Centre they are always down/ without engineer or power issues

So, you replaced the battery with a new one?
Try these steps:
1. Remove the media card. Monitor the device and see if the battery still drains.
2. If the battery still drains, make a full backup using Desktop Software and then do a Security Wipe. Instructions here: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB14058 After wiping the device monitor the device and see if the battery still drains.
