We still run a number of BOLD 9000's at our office. Two of them have had updates run on them this week and now neither of them will operate while on charge - this is the same whether connected to power charge, PC or in car. The operator has to manually reconnect to antenna and wifi each time.
Has anyone else had this problem?

To rule out any issue with the installation of the BlackBerry® Device Software updates, please try to back up both BlackBerry® Bold™ 9000 smartphones and perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry® Device Software for each. For further instructions, please see the following KB articles.

For Mac: "Perform a clean reload of BlackBerry smartphone application software using BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer" http://bbry.lv/J0UN1U
Please test to make sure the issue has been resolved before restoring any data from the backup files.
