BRAND NEW BLACKBERRY 9900 DEAD

I HAVE A BLACKBERRY 9900 PLUGED IT IN TO CHARGE WOKE UP IN THE MORNING DEAD PHONE. ONLY THE RED LED COMES ON....

the exact same thing happened to me. i plugged it in to charge it and when i woke up it was dead and the red light was flashing, i dont know how to fix it. i need to fix it asap, who knows how to fix this?

just upgrade your blackberry through desktop maneger

I got the exact same thing now.

 

I swapped the last one because it had the exact same problem, now got my new one today and it does the exact same thing I sent it back for.

Dear Blackberry,

 

Also mine died for the second time during charging battery: first, the middle button flashes shortly, then the red light comes on a few seconds. Then it all repeats so it looks like a loop. After removing the battery it was solved. Only the battery shows 70% so somewhere in charging goes something wrong. The latest update softwareversion is OS 7.0.0.296 packet 1465

Please confirm us what you're suggested solution is?

i have the same problem for a second time (22 november). and last month.

it's my second bold 9900 Smiley Sad.

i hope i can stay with the same phone more than one month Smiley Sad

Apparently, Their production line in Mexico Produced  Thousands  of  9900 with defects..Kepted  HUSH HUSH.. Try calling blackberry.. I promise you they will give you the run around...  Warranty with blackberry is one of the worst warranties I have ever seen...  

 

Your phone is dead because, 1. Defect in Hardware  or 2. SW has bugs in the FSBOOT

 

SInce BB Employees signed a stricted confidentiality agreement. They will not discuss with you

regarding any of there production mistakes..

 

If you did not buy your phone from an Authorized BB Dealer reseller, Your pretty much screwed...

 

NO Warranties on 3rd Party resellers..

 

Good luck..  I know there are many unsatisfied customers out there..

 

News over the web is spreading regarding the 9900 , one of the worst BB made...
