Backup Error

I have problem with backup. When I backup I always get "Unknown Error" when it gets to "On-Board Device Memory".

I'm using Blackberry Bold v. 185. DM 4.6. I also already tried to backup one by one using advance backup. But when I tried to backup "On-Board Device Memory" unknown error occours again.

Anyone have solution?

Any help would be appreciated...

Re: Backup Error

I see two strategies can be applied.

The first: Try to use another version of Blackberry Desktop Manager

The second: If previous versions of BB Desktop Manager do not help, backup all your sensitive data (Contacts, Memos, etc) that can be saved. After that wipe your device memory.Go to Options-Security Options-General Settings

Open screen menu and select "Wipe handheld". After that - restore your data back.
