Backup and restore

When my BB lost sync with our BES server I was suggested to do a full backup with BDM and then do a security wipe.

I did a full backup also selecting the checkbox related to media card. I then went thrugh the security wipe and reactivated my BB with BES. That part worked fine. Now I dlike to restore my photos from the backup but I cannot see Photos in restore options. Can someone help please?

Re: Backup and restore

BDM unfortunately does not backup the media card so I'm afraid you will have lost anything that was on there.

Re: Backup and restore

That's kind of sucks since you have that ticky box there in you backup options saying to include media card.
