Backup not working properly

Everytime i try to backup my blackberry bold 9900 with my blackberry desktop manager it only get 3/4 way done and then hangs there. It's been 4 hours and it's still only 3/4 way done. Not working, this keeps happening. I have tried everything and i have the latest updates. Does anyone know how to fix this. Thankyou
