Backup problems

I seem to be having problems backing up data to my laptop from my BB.

 

Everything is fine till Smarttags then the backup just freezes any suggestions help welcome.

Re: Backup problems

    • Connect to the BlackBerry Desktop Software and allow your handheld to connect. If you are prompted to upgrade, cancel the upgrade for later.
    • Go to Device > delete > SELECT DATA > select to delete the Smart Tags,  Social Feeds and Smart Card databases, and follow the remaining prompts to complete it. 
    • Now, you can return and click to backup the device through the Desktop Manager
