Hi, my pones bbm suddenly stopped working yesterday and so I decided to downgrade it to an earlier version, that still didn't work so I upgraded it again, I got my whatsapp to work but my bbm still doesn't work properly, also when I try do something on the app world I get the message No Cached Credentials - error ID 40721 come up as I was going to try re-download bbm but that message came up so I couldn't do anything.
Is there anything anyone can do to help me? Much appreciated

Have you made any recent changes to your BlackBerry® Internet Service data plan?
When you go to send a BBM™ do you get a red X?
If you could send me a private message with your PIN I can investigate further.
As for the BlackBerry App World™ error, this might be happening with a change to your data plan. If you connect to Wi-Fi then try to access App World again, do you get this same error?
