Battery Cover loose - BB9720

Dear All,

I have searched the forum and didn't found an answer relevant to my phone model which is a BB9720. It has a loose battery cover. Is there any fix for that? Feel like a major let down after my reliable 9700.

thanks in advance

Have you tried replacing the battery door?  Also, have you contacted your carrier?

I bought it  in a retail showroom at my home town. More over the sales guy checked with the battery cover of another new BB9720 and it also turned out to be a loose fit. He then said these phones are like that only. If that is the case then I wouldn't say that I have made the best of my choices and moreover BB has to invest a lot in the QC department.
