I have a Black Berry Torch that is less then a year old that isn't holding a charge. I've talked to my carrier and they have determined that it is definitely a defective battery. They no longer have a program in place to replace batteries and directed me to the manufacturer. I cannot find anywhere on your site that tells me how to go about this. What do I need to do?
