Battery overheating and phone running slow

My battery keeps on overheating last night it got to 50'c

how can i fix this

 

and my phone keeps on running very slow how can i fix this issue

But if you really thing and sure that your device it getting as much as 50'C then you can contact your Service provider to know them about the issue you are having.
